The First Cut is the Deepest At the outset AXÉ will arrange a meeting with you and (or) your executive and management team to effectively and expediently review the last three years of your business. Discussing and identifying your objectives, business climate, resources, competition, your position, market awareness, and perceptions – along with a review of your collateral materials and any available media your organization may have obtained in the recent past – AXÉ will also examine your marketing budget to determine the level of performance vs. expenditures in all areas of the marketing mix including media* allocation.
